Cocaine WithdrawalCocaine withdrawal can be handled by most if not all drug rehab, drug treatment, and drug detox centers. Most users of cocaine will go on a binge of days to even weeks, before they stop using. Within hours after the user stops, they will experience what is called a crash. During this time the cocaine user will experience the following symptoms:
These symptoms can last between two to three days, depending how long the user was using, and of course how much was used. Most cocaine withdrawals are not life threatening to the user; however, long term cocaine use can cause serious health problems, and increase the chances of overdose. Some cocaine users have said to experience such symptoms as, agitation, and extreme suspicion. Cocaine withdrawal does not have visible symptoms like, vomiting, chills, and tremors. A properly staffed drug rehab program can handle an individual withdrawing from cocaine. |
